I once printed a catalog of my fonts so I could flip through it when I have an idea of what kind of font I'd like to use. There are software options available that can help you print a catalog of fonts.
You could try something like this one: www.sttmedia.com/printmyfonts
It's not within Photoshop itself, but wordmark.it is a website that displays all of the fonts on your computer. You can even filter selected fonts to further refine what you're looking at.
You could always do something like Extensis. It would just be outside of PS. www.extensis.com/font-management/google-fonts/
