I'm trying to speedup a site created using Wordpress and Avada theme, and Cloudflare as CDN (no minification of JS, HTML and CSS).

To do so I'm using W3TC. In the plugin options, on the minify settings, I'm excluding both /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js and /wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery-migrate.min.js. Looking through Firefox and Chrome's web consoles I always see the error:

ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

How to get rid of this issue?

Is it strictly correlated to W3TC or maybe is just Cloudflare that broke it up?

Before anyone complains, I've been reading through this question:
Can i hide h1 tag will it hurt seo

I'm aware of displaying elements with display:none makes only a small difference, but I would like to know whats the best approach in this case.

I have a HERO section, where I want to style the HEADLINE in a way, which is easily done with an image, and use that image as my Headline text.
Due to this case, I will remove the h1 element in the hero, which usually serves as the Title of that page. Is there any way, how I can display the image image with headline, and implement in a ninja mode just above/below an h1 tag, with the same content, which Google & Co will use as the Title and will be invisible for the visitor.

I would like to avoid display: none, visibility:hidden, and position:absolute where I would put it outside of the viewport.

What is structured data?

Structured data is code. It’s a piece of code that you can put on your
website. It’s code in a specific format, written in such a way that
search engines understand it. Search engines read the code and use it
to display search results in a specific way.

If you do not sell your products online (as you say in the title of your question), then the use of structured data is meaningless. You do not need to explain the search engines details about products that you do not sell.

This looks like migration, so you have to be patient in order for Google to acknowledge all the changes you made. Crawl your current website with tools like Screaming Frog or Website Auditor, to detect possible redirect chains and loops who potentially can confuse search engines. Use fetch and render in your Search Console on your old domain to see if Google is seeing those permanent redirects you previously created.

If you haven't verified your both domains in Search Console, do that and ask for Change of address support.google.com/webmasters/answer/83106?hl=en To be able to do so, you will have to be owner of both domains in Search Console.

End result can lead to rank dropping and in some cases penalization (if we are talking about excessive external linking).

To avoid this kind of bad outcome, the best practice is to update those broken links or remove them completely from your website.

@Kaufman445

It is quite difficult to determine the cause without examining the source code.

I assume that your website has errors with canonical meta
links. Your web page for Korea foobar.com/korea/ should have
<link rel="canonical" href="www.foobar.com/korea/foobar-korea.html"
/>.
If your website is multi-lingual then use meta hreflang.
Also check your code 301. Maybe there are mistakes.

Addition

The main question is how do we indicate to Google that each subfolder is a different organization.

7 Common Hreflang Mistakes (and How to Fix Them) + Bonus Tip:

Not Using Canonical Tags and Hreflang Tags Together Correctly. The hreflang tag also can be used along with rel="canonical" annotations, but hreflang tags need to reference self-referential canonical URLs. For example, page A should have a canonical tag pointing to page A, page B should have a canonical tag pointing to page B, and page C should have a canonical tag pointing to page C. All three pages should have hreflang tags that mention all three of the pages in the group. You do NOT want to canonicalize only one version of a page in a page grouping, as that would interfere with hreflang annotations.

Apply meta hreflang and canonical to USA:

<link rel="canonical" href="www.foobar.com/usa/main.html" />
<link rel="alternate" href="www.foobar.com/usa/main.html" hreflang="en-us" />

Search engines use the headings to index the structure and content of your web pages. Users skim your pages by its headings. It is important to use headings to show the document structure. H1 headings should be used for main headings, followed by headings, then the less important h3, and so on.

"Static Adobe PDF Form" and it now is displayed in every modern browser (Firefox 56, Chrome 62, Edge). Firefox does not yet implement filling of PDF forms, but it is displayed with its visual appearance; the other browsers allow filling it, except for the Digital signature box.

Before, all browsers displayed an English message saying something like Please wait.. If this content is not eventually replaced with the actual PDF contents, your viewer may not be able to properly display this PDF content.

Note, however, that if your workflow involves prefilling the form in server side before sending it to the user (for instance, if your website authenticates the user and uses its profile in your database to automatically fill his name, address, email, etc. in the form before sending it to him), you may need to stick to XML Dynamic forms and, therefore, the PDF must be opened with Adobe Reader or a similar application able to deal with XML Dynamic forms.

I have seen incorrect or incomplete schema show negative results in more than one situation, most of the time its over usage or non consistent information.

Going as far to say that in some cases it was better not to have schema at all. ( Only in some cases )

The single most important thing is to make sure your NAP ( Name, Address, Phone ) is consistent, regardless or not if its a localised target, its important to show consistency.

So in your example I personally wouldn't have "Tutorvista Global Pvt Ltd" as your organisation Name as its not consistent with other influential profiles around the internet, you can see that Google uses your Wikipedia entry as a search Snippet. So for your organisation I would use "TutorVista" and nothing more.

Obviously that's just an example, and it may not be the cause of the dip. But split testing consistency and the "fetch as google bot" in search console will be your friend to speed up your testing process.
